So happy with my visit!! I was a little unsure about what I was going for with my wishes and Avis managed to understand exactly what I couldn't quite articulate myself. My experience at Hair Emporium was one that I will never forget, where the atmosphere and vibe was very calming and unique, one of leading stylist, Kimmy, who was the one that cut my hair was very kind, polite, and tremendously understanding with me, I was actually seeking a consultation whether I should do a perm or just change my style and the struggles i had with my hair type, I am very appreciative and thankful that she took her time to discuss with me and informed me what she was gonna do with my hair. When it was time to wash my hair, Sandra, was very considerate to ask whether I preferred cold or hot water, and she didn’t rush through the process and took the time to do some simple massages on my head, it was a very pleasant experience. After the wash, Kimmy took the time to tidy up my hair again if there was anything she missed and check whether I was happy with the cut or not. All and all, the best experience I have had when cutting my hair. Highly recommended.
